If you choose to contact REIS then you are required to provide some personal information, which is collected via the online request form. The information supplied on this form is automatically emailed to us, where it is entered on a database holding details of persons enquiring about REIS. The purpose of the information is to enable us to contact you and send you any required information relating to REIS. The data is only used by us, and is not divulged to any third party outside REIS, in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
The website automatically tracks accesses; however, it does not collect any personal information, but only the Internet address of the computer accessing the site, together with some information on the web browser being employed on that computer and a record of the pages visited on the site.
This policy may be amended from time to time. Any changes which affect the way that we use your personal information will be notified by posting a message on this site.
